Tri-Strong (3S) is a group of athletes in South Florida who enjoy participating in triathlons. We get together to train, share tips and support each other. The group motto is "Getting better together".
Tri-Strong is a proud sponsor of the Miami International Triathlon. The race will be on Sunday March 16, 2008. Congratulations to the 3S team participants that have already registered for the event.
